About
Dino Zardi
Dino Zardi, born in Mantua in 1966, graduated in Physics at the University of Bologna in 1991. After his doctoral research in Hydrodynamics in 1995 at the University of Genoa, he is currently an associate professor at Facoltà di Ingegneria of Trento University. His research revolved around many themes. Firs, he focussed it on the analysis of the stability of oscillating hydrodynamic systems. Then he studied the atmospheric limit in complex orographic areas. He took part in MAP (Mesoscale Alpine Programme). Besides acquiring experimental data and elaborating analysis methods, he developped a numerical model of technically forced currents in some alpine valleys. He published in various international magazines. Since 1999-2000 academic year he has taught various subjects dealing with metereology (Physics of the atmosphere) within the Environmental Engineering degree course. Dino Zardi took pat in his capacity as an expert in the Rai Tre programme "Che Tempo Fa" with Fabio Fazio.
